Our founders have been practicing inclusive marketing and brand positioning for the past 20 years. Having worked both agency and brand side, they find it easy to bridge gaps and work directly with their C-suite counterparts and brand managers to solve the most pressing problems for Fortune 500 companies and startups alike.

Leslie Walker
Founding Partner, Brand

Award-winning Creative, CEO and production specialist who analyses the data with Joshua, and looks for the more nuanced insights that help teams create more effective and engaging work. Staunch believer that a consumer insight only works if it also represents the culture and POV of the brand. Has broken a couple of glass ceilings by inventing new business models, designing leadership development programs for women in advertising and launching dozens of global brands.

Joshua McTee
Founding Partner, Strategy

CSO, Strategic analyst and cultural expert who processes ridiculous amount of data, synthesizes it and builds on it - all done through an inclusive lens. Creates processes and easy to adopt frameworks that work and runs workshops that make everyone feel heard. Superpowers include translating data to creatives who need more guidance. Also worth mentioning, Joshua’ CVLRY’s resident Black-Twitter expert and reads so much that it’s hard to keep track.

Patrick Bennett
Founding Partner, Creative

CCO, Creative, master storyteller and design specialist who identifies where empathy is needed for optimal engagement and results. Patrick also has the brilliance of forethought to plug any gap with a stat (the one you definitely want on your team when socializing any ambitious plan.) When not operating as CVLRY’s CCO, works with dozens of Fortune 500 clients to engage underrepresented groups while also producing a content series and running a company called Uncommon Caribbean.
